of family units. some examples are Nuclear families, Extended families, Single Parent families, Blended families, Foster families,
ect. These are just a few examples of the different types of family units.

Family ensures that cultural ways are passed down through the generations by telling stories, ways of behaving, language,
kinship relationships, environment knowledge, and spiritual practices.
